We partner with mid‐range to upscale hotels or villas located near padel facilities, ensuring a short commute to the courts.

If you prefer boutique hotels or luxury resorts, we can arrange an upgrade for an additional fee. All lodging is selected for proximity to both training venues and local attractions.

Tour prices vary based on destination, duration, and included services, generally ranging from £1,200 to £3,000 per person.

The cost covers coaching, accommodation, court fees, some meals, and ground transfers. A non‐refundable deposit (typically 25%) is due at booking to secure your spot, with the balance payable 45 days before the tour begins.

We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. For last‐minute bookings within 45 days, full payment is required at the time of reservation.

Bring at least two padel rackets (in case one breaks), several breathable shirts and shorts or skirts, and a pair of court-specific shoes with a herringbone or multi-directional sole. Pack overgrips, wristbands, and sunscreen for outdoor courts.

A small sports towel and reusable water bottle are helpful for staying fresh during long training days.

Casual outfits for evenings, swimwear if your hotel has a pool, and any personal fitness accessories (foam roller or resistance bands) will complete your packing list.

If you cancel more than 60 days before the tour start, we refund your balance minus the deposit.

Cancellations made 30–60 days prior incur a 50% penalty on the total tour cost. Within 30 days of departure, tours are non‐refundable.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected emergencies. If you need to change your dates, let us know as soon as possible — subject to availability, we can transfer your booking to a future tour with minimal additional fees.

Most tours feature complimentary airport pick-ups and drop-offs at the designated airport.

When booking, we’ll confirm your flight details and arrange a private shuttle or shared transfer to your hotel.

If you arrive outside of scheduled transfer windows, we can provide private taxi recommendations or help you rearrange your arrival time for an additional fee.

Detailed arrival instructions — meeting points, driver contact — are sent two weeks before departure to ensure a smooth start to your padel experience.
