How to Start a Return:

Log in to your account and go to Order History.

Select the racket you’d like to return and click Request Return.

Print your pre-paid return label (UK customers only) or follow the emailed instructions for international returns.

Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your racket, we’ll issue your refund within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges: If you need a different model or weight, simply request a return and place a new order.
